To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Good Deed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

In no event shall Dr. Good Deed’s total liability exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount paid by you to Dr. Good Deed during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, USA.

14. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States but may be accessed from other countries. Users accessing the Services from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15. Modifications to the Terms

Dr. Good Deed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

Dr. Good Deed may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
