In no event shall Dr. Good Deed’s total liability exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount paid by you to Dr. Good Deed during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, USA.

The Services are operated from the United States but may be accessed from other countries. Users accessing the Services from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
