Dr Nivedita Pandey

Gastroenterologist

Dr Nivedita Pandey is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist based in New Delhi. She received her MBBS degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi after which she moved to the USA for super-specialisation. At present, Dr Nivedita divides her time as Senior Consultant, Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research and Transplant Hepatologist and Consultant Gastroenterologist, Max Super Specialty Hospital, Saket.

Dr. Nivedita believes that everyone should pick up medicine as it is truly life changing. As a doctor, she feels that you can truly touch a person’s life by helping them heal. After completing her medical training in the US, she decided to return to her native land and do her bit to improve India’s healthcare infrastructure.

Besides medicine, Dr Nivedita’s interests are spread over myriad realms and in her free time, she likes to listen to music, read books and travel. Her favourite city in the world is Varanasi, which she adores for its ancient history, the mesmerising ghats and the magnificent Ganga Aarti. She also strives to live by the philosophy that happiness is an art you need to teach yourself every day.

Dr. Chandril Chugh

Neurologist

Dr Chandril Chugh is a US- trained Neurologist, specialising in minimally invasive brain procedures with 16 years of experience. Dr Chugh believes that a doctor’s role is not limited to treating sick patients. A doctor has much more to offer to the society in terms of promoting wellness, encouraging healthy habits, awareness about mental health, and dealing with death and disability. He feels that doctors need to evolve into a new breed of experts who are not just care providers for the sick rather life coaches for people.

After more than a decade-long stint in the US, he moved back to India. At present he practices at Max Hospital, Saket as Head of Department of Interventional Neurology.

While not practicing medicine, Dr Chugh is fond of reading books and contemplating how he can be of use to people.
